6. Transaction Finality

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. XMRPrivate cannot reverse, cancel, or modify completed transactions. Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.

XMRPrivate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from network delays, blockchain congestion, incorrect addresses, or market volatility during the swap process.
